The Intelligence
Behind CULTURA-X

CULTURA-X is a product of Velticon — a specialist firm in econometrics, predictive modelling, KPI architecture, and exploitation strategy. We built CULTURA-X because we had spent years doing this work manually for cultural sector clients — and knew that a platform could do it better, faster, and at scale.

What Makes Velticon Different

Intelligence and strategy in one

🔬

We are not a generic tech company

CULTURA-X is not a repurposed business intelligence tool adapted for museums. It was conceived, designed, and built specifically for the cultural sector — by a team with direct experience in cultural project econometrics, sustainability modelling, and revenue strategy.

We are not a conventional consultancy

Conventional consultants provide recommendations without the predictive infrastructure to model outcomes. We provide both — a live platform that generates ongoing intelligence, and the strategic expertise to act on it.

📐

Our analytical foundation

Velticon's work is grounded in econometric modelling and statistical forecasting — disciplines that provide rigour and credibility that AI alone cannot guarantee. Every CULTURA-X forecast is supported by sector-calibrated quantitative models, not just pattern recognition.
